“And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your bond-servants for Jesus’ sake.” 2 Corinthians 4:3-5

Our pastors in Japan strive to shine the light of the gospel in this dark part of the world. They need our prayers and petitions. So much of the Japanese culture is designed to keep people from believing in Jesus. We need to pray that God would open the hearts and minds of the people that our pastors engage with the gospel. Pray also that the pastors will not grow weary in their daily labors to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.
