Fourth Update from Johannesburg
We traveled
through the northern region of South Africa called Venda.
After returning from Zimbabwe we continued meeting with
our White Fields church planters working in this very rural
area. We were greeted by Pastor Rodney Rembuluwani in the town
of Sibasa which is near his home. He accompanied us to the
home of Pastor Marcus Mphaphuli. We were able to meet Pastor
Marcus' wife, Lucy, one of his daughters, his youngest
son named Advhaho and a grand daughter. Pastor Marcus
is currently on an evangelistic campaign in Mozambique.

We have
enjoyed the opportunity to minister to our church planters
and share how you are praying for them. They tell us it is
great encouragement to know that they are not alone
in the work of the gospel. We were also able to meet the
pastor
of the church where many of the church planters in this area
have found Christ. He was discipling another young man. Maybe
one
day this
young man will be supported to plant a church in the area.

After this
we went to the home of Pastor Rodney. We met his family and
shared some refreshment. Pastor Rodney's father
and mother live with him. Please pray for his father, Nelson,
who does not know the Lord and is in his 80s. Pastor Rodney
is being a good testimony to his father and hopes that he can
lead his father to trust in Jesus Christ.

Pastor
Rodney is currently working with his congregation to finish
a house near the church he is planting so that he can relocate
his family to be closer to the work. Please pray for
him as he completes this task. To pray for all our church
planters in South Africa visit the South
Africa Prayer Facts.
This is the road that leads to Pastor Rodney's current home.
