Welcome to My Office

While we are practicing social distancing here in the USA, I’ve had many friends ask how our pastors are doing during this spread of Coronavirus. I have been in frequent contact with all our Field Directors, and we are thankful that there are no reports of any infections by the virus of our pastors or church members at this time.

In every country, the pastors are leading their church members to practice safe hygiene and follow the guidelines delivered by their government departments of health. The spread is different in every country that we serve, and each government has developed its own regulations.

Send A Smile

This is an awesome opportunity for our friends and partners living in the San Diego area to make a tangible gift to bless a pastor’s family. We will be shipping several Balikbayan “Friendship” boxes to our Filipino pastors living in Cebu. We want you to provide some gift items to add to the books and other materials we already have for the boxes (Provide New items only – no used clothing etc.).

We are gathering the gifts at our office on September 4th or 5th between 10 am – 2 pm.  We will host an open house so come on by and enjoy some refreshments and greet our staff.  Our office is located in San Marcos.  The driveway comes off of Caminito a Casa from La Moree Rd.

Remember The Poor

There is a close connection between the veracity of the gospel and a ministry to the poor.  The relationship in Scripture between genuine faith and ministry to the poor is remarkable.  Paul informs the church in Galatia that after the Apostles in Jerusalem had confirmed the genuineness of the gospel presented by Paul and Barnabas–The Apostles requested that they remember the poor [Gal. 2:10].  The idea was clear that if you are preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ don’t keep the message just to wealthy able-bodied people. Preach it to the poor as well.  Paul expressed in that epistle to the church in Galatia that he was very eager to remember the poor.  In Luke’s Gospel Jesus justified His ministry giving hope to John the Baptist by appealing to the observation of his ministry preaching the good news to the poor [Luke 7:22]. We are very eager to remember the poor when we spread the gospel too. [See the update at the bottom of the page–July 3rd]
