A - Accountability
From
both a financial and doctrinal perspective, White Fields requires
a strict accountability from those it supports as well as those
who administer the mission's operations. Each church planter
must submit monthly reports regarding the progress of his ministry.
Financial support is withheld if reports are not submitted as
required.
White Fields has had a 90% success rate among churches planted
under its program.
B - Belonging
Key
to the success of White Fields is the use of local or “national” church
planters. Language and cultural barriers are non-existent since
the pastors are in their native countries. Pastors are not viewed
as
outsiders, which is an obstacle many traditional missionaries
never overcome. In dangerous areas where foreigners face expulsion
or evacuation
during political upheaval, nationals are left to continue the
ministry. In short, national church planters are trusted and
accepted by their
communities because they already belong.
C - Collaboration
The
heart of our organization revolves around the principle of collaboration.
Typically, it involves a mix of national church
planters, experienced
missionaries and missions agencies, as well as prayer partners
throughout the United States and Canada. Because we strive
to work efficiently
as a team, for the same amount it costs to support one North
American missionary couple in the Philippines, you can support
20 Filipino
national church planters!
